The development also generates employment opportunities for hundreds of local residents and provides a thoughtfully designed work environment that prioritizes employee comfort and wellbeing.

With its scale and operational importance, the UNIQLO Logistics Facility reinforces Riverpark’s emergence as a thriving growth corridor. The Federal Land community continues to attract a mix of global and local partners, steadily building a diverse and future-ready ecosystem.

“The opening of this logistics facility marks a crucial step in strengthening the operational backbone of UNIQLO in the Philippines,” said FNG President Thomas Mirasol. “It supports not only business growth, but also efficiency, reliability, and the ability to serve customers better.”

Beyond logistics, Riverpark is evolving into a fully integrated, mixed-use destination. Planned developments such as the upcoming SM City General Trias and the presence of Ateneo de Manila University signal continued investment in retail, education, and lifestyle components—key elements that support a self-sustaining environment.

Mr. Mirasol adds, “While we continue to build residential and commercial spaces, we are also helping create integrated environments where businesses can operate, communities can grow, and opportunities can expand. At Riverpark, we are laying out the foundation for a more complete ecosystem, one that champions both everyday life and economic activity.”

Complementing these are commercial areas, residential communities like Yume at Riverpark, and a growing network of infrastructure designed to support both mobility and everyday convenience.

With the opening of the UNIQLO Logistics Facility, Riverpark strengthens its position as a thriving estate defined by diverse investments, connectivity through infrastructure, and a steadily growing community.
